Hello all, 

Lý do bây giờ nhiều người xài PowerPoint mới 2007 mà filename sẽ là : xxx.PPSX cho show và  xxx.PPTX cho Presentation slide (tương đương version cũ là PPS và PPT) là vì  PowerPoint 2007 làm nhiều jobs hay hơn mà filesize lại nhỏ hơn gần 2/3 để có thể embedding hi-resolution pictures and/or  clear audio music ;  và cũng dễ transfer  đi trong email or internet (small filesize but higher quality) . Để có hình rõ và good audio, chúng ta nên chọn lựa xài PointPoint 2007 tiện hơn .

Xin được lưu ý vài vấn đề nhỏ khi mình không mở được  PowerPoint mới 2007 (filename = xxxx.PPSX   or   xxx.PPTX ,  file extension 4 chữ  như PPS cũ và thêm chữ X), là vì máy PC mình còn xài Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 trở về trước .  Có 2 solutions : 

1- PC đang xài MS Office 2007 có PowerPoint 2007 :  no problem !

2- PC đang xài MS Office 1997-2003 với  PointPwerPoint cũ  : problem là không mở được PPSX or PPTX  thì đề nghị vào microsoft.com (link below):

-- Click "download"  và follow instruction to upgrade  PowerPoint cũ  có thêm function mới (View PointPoint 2007 files), please trust microsoft.com with free virus

problem,

-- Click "run" in dialog box  . .. . nó sẽ install  PowerPointViewer.exe .

--Sau cùng  mình sẽ View được Power Point 2007  (PPSX)
